A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time at the time of booking. Your deposit can be made in the form of cash, credit card, or Zelle. The payment of the deposit acts as an agreement to all of the DevonR Shoots policies.

Sessions must be paid in full before the shoot date or immediately after the shoot via cash, credit card, or Zelle.

Image proofs are returned to the client within 1-2 days from when they are taken. Turnaround time for edited images is 5 business days from when the client selects images to be edited.

If you are unable to make your session all deposits will act as a cancellation fee. 72 hours of advance notice of cancellation is required to credit the deposit towards a future session. The photographer reserves the right to deny service to any client(s) who repeatedly have a history of cancellations. If DevonR Shoots cannot perform this contract due to fire or other casualties, strike, an act of God, or other causes beyond the control of the parties, or due to the Photographer's illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the client but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract. This shall also apply if photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event, DevonR Shoots fails for any other reason DevonR Shoots shall not be liable for any amount in excess of all monies paid.

The client hereby assigns the client the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the client or in which the client may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, educational and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction and to copyright the same without restriction. The client releases all claims to profits that may arise from the use of images.
